Phase 1 is nine days of a limited diet and introduction of 30 minutes, 5 days a week a day cardio exercise. Here I am tracking meals to have a record of it and to help me get to five meals a day.
Day 1
- Smoothie w/ Yogurt
- 1c Oatmeal, Banana
- Veggie Burger, ½ Cucumber, 6 Carrots, 1 Orange
- Cheese Stick, Boiled Egg White
- Salad, Cucumber, Tomato – Dressing
Day 2 - 5lbs
- Smoothie w/ Yogurt
- Veggie Burger, ½ Cucumber, Rice
- 1c Oatmeal
- Cheese Stick, Boiled Egg White, 5 Crakers
- Veggie Plate @ Black Eyed Pea (Peas, Brocolli, Green Beans, Seasoned Rice) cheat -3Fried Pickles
& Smoothie
Day 3 - 6lbs
- Smoothie w/ Yogurt
- Veggie Burger, ½ Cucumber, Rice, 1 Orange
- Missed
- Taco Bean Soup, 7 Crackers, Fruit and Green Beans
- Frozen Fruit Juice Bar
Day 4 - 8lbs
- Smoothie w/Yogurt
- Egg/Cheese Stick
- 1c Rice, Green Beans
- 1c Oatmeal
- Veggie Burger 1/2 Grilled 1/2 Black Bean, Cucumbers Green Beans and Brocoli
30 Minute Walk - 4 Crackers
Day 5 - 7.5lbs
- Missed
- Boiled Egg, V8
- Bean Soup
- 1/2c Yogurt, 1 Banana
- 9oz steak, Green Beans, Salad w/dressing
Day 6 - 7lbs
- Smoothie w/Yogurt
- 1c Rice, 1/2 Veggie Burger, 1/2 Black Bean Veggie Burger, Green Beans, 1/4 Cucumber, 1/2 Tomato
- Chickpea salad w/crandberries, carrots, peppers, 1/2 cucumber
- Oatmeal, banana
Day 7 - 10lbs
- Smoothie w/Yogurt
- Missed
- Yogurt, cheese stick
- Chickpea salad, 1/6 cucumber, 12 BBQ flavored Rice Chips
- Salad w/ 1/2 cucumber tbsp cheese Italian Dressing, 2c watermelon
- Frozen Juice Bar
Day 8 7.5lbs
- Smoothie w/Yogurt
- 1 boiled Egg White, 1 cheese stick, Veggie Burger, 1/2 apple
- 1c cereal, 1/3c soy milk
- Veggie Burger, 2c Brown Rice, Green Bean/TomatoSalad, Watermelon
- 2 tbsp mixed nuts
Day 9 9lbs
- Smoothie w/Yogurt
