Leading Change

I keep coming back to a handout that I was given at a meeting for work. I found a website with more detail, The 8 Step Process for Leading Change. This combined with Heifetz Leadership in a Crisis from Harvard Business Review inspires me with ideas for relationship management and social change especially for work in the areas of Membership Recruitment and Fund Development.

I just need time to really build some foundation and structure around this process and my ideas.

Phase 1 is nine days of a limited diet and introduction of 30 minutes, 5 days a week a day cardio exercise. Here I am tracking meals to have a record of it and to help me get to five meals a day.

Day 1

  1. Smoothie w/ Yogurt
  2. 1c Oatmeal, Banana
  3. Veggie Burger, ½ Cucumber, 6 Carrots, 1 Orange
  4. Cheese Stick, Boiled Egg White
  5. Salad, Cucumber, Tomato – Dressing

Day 2 - 5lbs

  1. Smoothie w/ Yogurt
  2. Veggie Burger, ½ Cucumber, Rice
  3. 1c Oatmeal
  4. Cheese Stick, Boiled Egg White, 5 Crakers
  5. Veggie Plate @ Black Eyed Pea (Peas, Brocolli, Green Beans, Seasoned Rice) cheat -3Fried Pickles
    & Smoothie

Day 3 - 6lbs

  1. Smoothie w/ Yogurt
  2. Veggie Burger, ½ Cucumber, Rice, 1 Orange
  3. Missed
  4. Taco Bean Soup, 7 Crackers, Fruit and Green Beans
  5. Frozen Fruit Juice Bar

Day 4 - 8lbs

  1. Smoothie w/Yogurt
  2. Egg/Cheese Stick
  3. 1c Rice, Green Beans
  4. 1c Oatmeal
  5. Veggie Burger 1/2 Grilled 1/2 Black Bean, Cucumbers Green Beans and Brocoli
    30 Minute Walk
  6. 4 Crackers

Day 5 - 7.5lbs

  1. Missed
  2. Boiled Egg, V8
  3. Bean Soup
  4. 1/2c Yogurt, 1 Banana
  5. 9oz steak, Green Beans, Salad w/dressing

Day 6 - 7lbs

  1. Smoothie w/Yogurt
  2. 1c Rice, 1/2 Veggie Burger, 1/2 Black Bean Veggie Burger, Green Beans, 1/4 Cucumber, 1/2 Tomato
  3. Chickpea salad w/crandberries, carrots, peppers, 1/2 cucumber
  4. Oatmeal, banana

Day 7 - 10lbs

  1. Smoothie w/Yogurt
  2. Missed
  3. Yogurt, cheese stick
  4. Chickpea salad, 1/6 cucumber, 12 BBQ flavored Rice Chips
  5. Salad w/ 1/2 cucumber tbsp cheese Italian Dressing, 2c watermelon
  6. Frozen Juice Bar

Day 8 7.5lbs

  1. Smoothie w/Yogurt
  2. 1 boiled Egg White, 1 cheese stick, Veggie Burger, 1/2 apple
  3. 1c cereal, 1/3c soy milk
  4. Veggie Burger, 2c Brown Rice, Green Bean/TomatoSalad, Watermelon
  5. 2 tbsp mixed nuts

Day 9 9lbs

  1. Smoothie w/Yogurt
