weekends need to be longer
I am working on a website update, editing and deleting video and trying to catch up up on my own creative work. The weekends are just not long enough these days.

I just have too many toys and not enough time to fully learn them. I finally edited additional video from right after I got the Sony HD Video camera in January.
I started shooting this song after the band had already started playing and missed the first few lines. To experiment, I played with the titles and adding the recorded track with the missing lines as a lead in to the actual footage. I a pretty pleased what I was able to accomplish just using the basic editing software that came with my fabulous iMac.
One of these days, I will take some time and learn how to do it right but for now, I am happy with the result.
This is the Charlie Shafter Band or Charlie Shafter and the Gnomes as I see it sometimes. If you haven't had the chance to check them out, do it. Once I saw that they had a song called Jesus & James Dean, I was hooked. If you've visited my myspace you know what I mean.
